About Haven of Hope Counseling...
Haven of Hope Counseling was founded to be a counseling ministry to help be a place for people suffering to come and find acceptance and hope. At one point or another, we all experience hardship in life. Haven of Hope offers counseling for individuals, couples and families. By partnering with people, the goal of Haven of Hope is to help people begin to rewrite their stories from one of victimhood to one of co-creator in their own life story.

Your First Visit
The office is currently located within West Hills Community Church which is located on S. Outer 40, just west of Missouri Baptist University. The office entrance is around the back of the church.
I encourage you to either fill our the electronic form or print and fill out the documents linked below in advance to maximize your time in your first meeting. If you choose to not fill them out prior to your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete these forms.
There are two ways for you to register for counseling. Because my goal is to begin working with you as soon as possible, I ask that you have the registration portion done before your first counseling session. The electronic form will submit directly to me. If you would rather print out the form and fill it out by hand, please be sure to bring the paperwork with you to the first session.
I do my best to ensure that everyone can get the help they need, regardless of financial situation.
The base rate for each session is $80 per session for individuals and $95 per session for couples. Depending on need, it is possible for a lower rate to make counseling more affordable. The sliding scale fee that is set is ultimately determined by your counselor, and you may be asked to provide a pay stub or W-2 form prior to your fee being set.
Payment is due at the beginning of each session and can be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card.
Currently, I do not take insurance. However, I will provide you with a statement which you can submit to your insurance company in order for your insurance company to reimburse you directly.
